Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Province issued the Announcement on the Publicity List of Certified Heilongjiang Standard-level Incubators for 2025. DAIZU Shangda Incubator under DAIZU United Alliance® (Heilongjiang DAIZU Investment Co., Ltd.) has passed the certification. It is among the first batch of certified entities in Heilongjiang Province after the province implemented the new Measures for the Administration of Science and Technology Enterprise Incubators issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and adopted the new certification criteria.
Founded in 2015, the incubator has actively responded to and firmly supported the development policies of the state, Heilongjiang Province and Harbin. It is the first university pioneer park in Heilongjiang jointly built by a private enterprise and a provincial undergraduate university. Upholding the mission of staying true to its original aspiration, serving Harbin University of Commerce, serving talents and serving the society, DAIZU supports the growth of enterprises. This certification fully recognizes DAIZU’s long-term commitment to the science and technology sector. Going forward, DAIZU will further integrate innovation, industrial and financial resources, comprehensively improve service quality and efficiency, foster new-quality productive forces for scientific and technological innovation in Heilongjiang, optimize the innovation ecosystem, and contribute to industrial transformation and upgrading.
