On the afternoon of October 16, 2025, Zhang Haihua, Vice Mayor of Harbin, led a team to visit and conduct research at Heilongjiang DAIZU Investment Co., Ltd., an enterprise under paired assistance. The team gained an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s development needs to support its high-quality development.
Guan Shaonan, Deputy Director of the Harbin Science and Technology Bureau, and Chen Fangye, Member of the Standing Committee of the Songbei District Party Committee and Vice District Chief of the Songbei District People’s Government, accompanied the research.
During the visit, Dai Yiye, General Manager of DAIZU, warmly received Vice Mayor Zhang Haihua and his entourage, and accompanied them on a tour of the company’s meeting and roadshow area, office area and exhibition area for key industrial products. At each functional zone, Dai Yiye gave a detailed introduction to the spatial layout, operation model and product features, enabling the research team to gain a direct understanding of the enterprise’s development atmosphere and business layout.
At the symposium, Dai Yiye delivered a detailed report on DAIZU’s core business, current development and future plans, highlighting the achievements made in scientific and technological innovation, enterprise incubation and industrial upgrading. He noted that relying on a professional incubation system and resource integration capacity, the company has helped a number of incubated enterprises overcome technical bottlenecks and expand market channels, injecting new momentum into regional industrial development.
After hearing the report, Vice Mayor Zhang Haihua spoke highly of DAIZU’s pivotal role in advancing local innovation and entrepreneurship services and facilitating industrial transformation and upgrading. Regarding the startup projects of the incubated teams, he offered thoughtful guidance on market positioning, technology optimization and resource docking, charting a clear path for the future growth of these projects.
Vice Mayor Zhang Haihua stressed during the research that enterprises are the “cells” of economic activity and the main players of innovation and entrepreneurship. Stabilizing enterprises is critical to stabilizing the economy, employment and the market. He stated that the Harbin Municipal Government will continue to improve the business environment, fully implement the paired assistance mechanism for enterprises, proactively listen to corporate demands and respond to their concerns. The government will go all out to help enterprises resolve difficulties, and provide targeted and efficient services to underpin the high-quality economic development of the city.
This research activity has built an efficient communication bridge between the government and enterprises, deepened mutual understanding and trust. It also made DAIZU and its incubated enterprises feel the government’s attention and support for business development, boosting strong confidence and momentum for their subsequent growth.
