At the same time, in accordance with the specific work requirements of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau organized various incubation carriers (parks, incubators) in Harbin to hold meetings to promote the construction of incubators and the cultivation of incubated enterprises,
