On October 27, 2024, I was invited to participate in the 11th “China Russia Engineering and Technology Forum” hosted by the Heilongjiang Association for Science and Technology and the China International Science and Technology Exchange Center, and organized by the China Association for Science and Technology, the Russian Federation of Science and Engineering Associations, and the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province. I also participated in the finals of the 6th China Russia Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition hosted by the China International Science and Technology Exchange Center, the Heilongjiang Association for Science and Technology, the Beijing International Exchange Association, and the Lomonosov State University Science Park in Moscow, and participated in excellent project roadshows, expert reviews, and project exchange activities.
Li Xiaoming, member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Harbin Association for Science and Technology, attended the event and presented awards to the representatives of the winning projects. During the event, more than 20 participating experts went to Harbin Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and more than 50 technology workers and management personnel from universities, research institutes, societies, and enterprises in related fields participated in project roadshows and observation, and exchanged and discussed with Russian experts and scholars.
